As of the census of 2000, there were 319 people, 114 households, and 97 families residing in the township. The population density was 8.4 people per square mile (3.2/km2). There were 123 housing units at an average density of 3.2/sq mi (1.2/km2). The racial makeup of the township was 97.18% White, 0.31% African American, 0.94% Asian, 1.25% from other races, and 0.31% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.51% of the population.
There were 114 households, out of which 36.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 79.8% were married couples living together, 4.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 14.9% were non-families. 10.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.00.
