Kualapuʻu is a small community, also known as a census-designated place, located on the island of Molokai in Maui County, Hawaiʻi, United States. In 2020, about 2,110 people lived there.

The name Kualapuʻu means "hill overturned" in Hawaiian. However, some people think it might actually come from Puʻuʻuala, which means "sweet potato hill". This town used to be a village where pineapples were processed and canned, especially for a company called Del Monte Foods.
