La Chapelle-Haute-Grue was a small village in France. It was located in the Calvados area, which is part of the Normandy region in the northwest of the country.
A "commune" is like a small town or village area in France. On January 1, 2016, La Chapelle-Haute-Grue joined with other nearby communes. They formed a new, larger commune called Val-de-Vie.
