In 2002, a special count of people, called a census, was done. This census showed that Laguna Blanca has 663 people living there. Out of these, 563 were men and 100 were women. This means that Laguna Blanca is a completely rural area. There are no big cities or towns here.

The number of people living in Laguna Blanca has changed over time. Between 1992 and 2002, the population actually went down. It dropped by 23.5%, which means 204 fewer people lived there.
