Lake Shangrila was a special kind of community in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. It was called a census-designated place (CDP). This means it was an area that the government counted for population, but it wasn't an official city or town.
In 2010, about 861 people lived there. Lake Shangrila was located in the town of Salem Lakes. However, on March 15, 2011, the main part of Lake Shangrila became part of the village of Bristol. After this, Lake Shangrila was no longer a CDP.
