Lake View is a small city in Alabama, United States. Most of the city is in Tuscaloosa County. A smaller part is in Jefferson County. In 2020, about 3,560 people lived there. This was a big jump from 1,943 people in 2010.

Lake View is part of two larger areas. It is in the Tuscaloosa Metropolitan Statistical Area. It is also part of the Birmingham metropolitan area. The city is located almost exactly halfway between the cities of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. You can get there using Interstates 20 and 59.
