Lana Condor (born Trần Đồng Lan on May 11, 1997) is an American actress and a popular YouTuber. She became famous for playing Lara Jean Covey in the romantic comedy movies To All the Boys (2018–2021).

Lana first appeared in a movie as Jubilee in the superhero film X-Men: Apocalypse (2016). She also played Saya Kuroki in the TV show Deadly Class (2019) and Koyomi in the movie Alita: Battle Angel (2019). More recently, she was the voice of the main character in the animated movie Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken (2023).

Early Life and Education

Lana Condor was born in Vietnam. She lived in an orphanage in Cần Thơ for her first few months. In October 1997, she was adopted by American parents, Mary Carol and Bob Condor. They renamed her Lana Condor. She also has an adoptive brother named Arthur.

Lana and her family lived in different places, including Whidbey Island, Washington, and New York City. As a child, Lana loved to dance. She studied ballet with several famous dance groups. She also trained in acting at places like the New York Film Academy. In 2015, she finished high school at Notre Dame Academy in Los Angeles.

Lana Condor started her acting career in 2016. Her first big role was as the mutant character Jubilee in the superhero movie X-Men: Apocalypse. That same year, she was also in the drama film Patriots Day. This movie was about the events of the Boston Marathon bombing.
