Landon Khale Tewers (born September 27, 1989) is an American musician from Findlay, Ohio. He is best known as the founder, producer, and lead singer of the metalcore band The Plot in You. He also creates music for his own solo project.

Before starting his current band, Tewers was the rhythm guitarist and a singer for the post-hardcore band Before Their Eyes.

Music Career

The Plot in You

In 2008, Landon Tewers joined the band Before Their Eyes. While he was a member, he started a side project that he first called Vessels. This project later became his main band, The Plot in You. After helping release two albums with Before Their Eyes, Tewers left to focus completely on The Plot in You.

The Plot in You currently includes Landon as the singer, Josh Childress on guitar, Ethan Yoder on bass, and Michael Cooper on drums. The band has released five albums and four EPs. Their first album, First Born, came out on April 18, 2011. Their newest album is Swan Song, which was released on September 17, 2021.

One of the band's most popular songs is "Feel Nothing" from their 2018 album Dispose. The song became a huge hit and earned a gold certification in both Canada and the United States in 2022.

Solo Music

Landon also releases music on his own. In 2014, he announced his first solo EP, Dead Kid, which he described as a collection of "weird songs I can't use for anything else." He released the first single, "Ma and Pa," in March 2014.

Over the years, Tewers has released many solo songs and projects. In February 2015, he released a cover of the song "Hold On, We're Going Home" by Drake.

The Ai640 Trilogy

Between 2015 and 2020, Landon released a three-part music series called Ai640. The story is about a robot that escapes from a laboratory. After seeing how humans behave, the robot decides that the only way to save the planet is to get rid of all humans.

  • Ai640 was released in September 2015.
  • Ai640, Pt. 2 was released in December 2017.
  • Ai640, Pt. 3 was released in February 2020, finishing the story.

Pop and Hip-Hop Songs

After 2019, Tewers began to release more songs with a pop and hip-hop sound. In 2020, he made a song called "Rona-19" about the COVID-19 pandemic.

His 2021 EP, Frontal Lobe Submission, featured other artists. Rory Rodriguez from the band Dayseeker appeared on the song "Kill Me," and Gabbie Hanna was featured on "... Pacing."

Tewers continues to release new music. In 2022, he released "Maddie's Song" for his wife's birthday. In 2023 and 2024, he released more singles and worked with other artists like Waynewood and JavyDade.

He has been married to Madison Rose Tewers since 2018. They live in Detroit, Michigan.
