Lauren Marlene Storm (born January 2, 1987) is an American actress. She also works as an acting coach, helping other performers. Many people know her best for playing Taylor Hagan in the TV show Flight 29 Down. She also played Teresa Kilmer in the 2009 movie I Love You, Beth Cooper.

Lauren Storm's Early Life
Lauren Storm was born in Chicago, Illinois. This city is in the United States. Her father, Dave, is a dentist. Her mother, Barb, works as a magazine editor. Lauren's father has a German background. Her mother is Jewish, and Lauren was raised in the Jewish faith.
Lauren started modeling when she was nine years old. She went to the Barbizon Modeling and Acting School in Chicago. When she was twelve, she joined a talent competition. This event was in New York City for young models and actors. Several acting agencies were interested in her. They asked her to move to Los Angeles for a "pilot season." This is a time when new TV shows are cast.
She stayed in Los Angeles for six months. During this time, she got her first big acting job. After that, she got many more roles. She decided to stay in Los Angeles permanently. She now lives in Burbank, California.
Lauren Storm's Acting Career
Lauren Storm's first major acting role was in the TV show Boston Public. She appeared in two episodes. She has also been in many other popular TV shows. These include Malcolm in the Middle, 24, and CSI: Miami. She also appeared in Joan of Arcadia, Still Standing, 7th Heaven, and Drop Dead Diva.
From 2005 to 2007, Lauren had a main role in the Discovery Kids show Flight 29 Down. She played the character Taylor Hagan. This show was a serial drama, meaning it told a long story over many episodes.
Helping Others
Lauren Storm has spent many years doing charity work. She likes to help different organizations. She has supported groups like Kids with a Cause and the Olive Crest Foundation. She also helped the Jonathan Jaques Cancer Walk.
Lauren has worked with Ronald McDonald House Charities. She also supported The LA Mission and Project Angelfood. She has helped the Make a Wish Foundation. This group grants wishes to children with serious illnesses. She also supported St. Jude Children's Hospital. This hospital treats children with cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Currently, Lauren is a StarPower Ambassador for the Starlight Children's Foundation. In this role, she encourages other young people to volunteer their time. She works with Starlight to make life brighter for seriously ill children.
