Juan Leonardo Santillia Rojas (born October 18, 1984) is a talented musician from Ecuador. He is famous for playing the Pan flute and other South American wind instruments. Leo Rojas became well-known after winning the fifth season of Das Supertalent. This is the German version of the TV show Britain's Got Talent.

Biography
Leo Rojas moved from his home country of Ecuador to Spain in 2000. His family stayed in Ecuador. Later, he traveled to Germany using a tourist visa. He now lives in Berlin with his Polish wife. In Berlin, he used to earn money by playing music on the streets.
One day, a person passing by told him about the TV talent show Das Supertalent. Leo decided to try out for the show in 2011. He did very well and made it to the final rounds.
In the semi-finals, Leo played a beautiful version of the song "El Cóndor Pasa". He used his panflute and other South American wind instruments. This performance was very special because it led to him being reunited with his mother, who traveled from Ecuador to see him. It was a very emotional moment for everyone.
On December 17, 2011, Leo Rojas performed in the finals. He played an instrumental song called "The Lonely Shepherd". This song was written by James Last and became famous in 1977. Leo Rojas won the competition by a large number of votes.
After he won, his winning song was released. It reached number 48 on the German music charts during Christmas week. On January 27, 2012, Leo released his first album. It was called "Spirit of the Hawk" and featured many well-known instrumental pieces. Dieter Bohlen produced the album. "Spirit of the Hawk" became very popular. It reached the Top 5 on the music charts in German-speaking countries. By the end of February, it had already sold enough copies to earn a gold award in Germany.
