About Leszek Możdżer
Leszek started playing the piano when he was just five years old. His parents encouraged him to learn. He studied music seriously and graduated from the Stanisław Moniuszko Academy of Music in Gdańsk in 1996.
He began his music journey playing with different bands. He later worked with famous film composers like Jan A.P. Kaczmarek and Zbigniew Preisner. Leszek also formed a jazz trio with double-bassist Lars Danielsson and drummer Zohar Fresco. They have created some amazing music together.
He has played with many other well-known artists from around the world. These include Marcus Miller, David Gilmour, Tomasz Stańko, and Pat Metheny.
Awards and Recognition
Leszek Możdżer has won many awards for his musical talent.
