In recent years, Lill Lindfors has become well-known in Scandinavia for her "one-woman shows." These shows combine her music with lots of funny comedy. She was one of the first artists in Sweden to sing samba music. She was also one of the first Swedish performers to do stand-up comedy in her shows, making people laugh with her jokes and stories.

As she walked through a part of the stage, it looked like her dress had a "wardrobe malfunction" and fell off! She later said it was a planned joke, but it had not been practiced beforehand. Even though the organizers, the EBU, were reportedly not happy, it is still one of the most memorable moments in the contest's history. She also performed the song "Musik ska byggas utav glädje" ("My Joy Is Building Bricks of Music") to open the show.
