About the Lincoln County Courthouse

The Lincoln County Courthouse was designed by architects Headlund & Watkins. They were from Salt Lake City. The building has a tall dome on top. It also features a classical front, known as a façade. This front is supported by large brick walls. The courthouse is located at the corner of Sage Avenue and Garnet Street.

What Happens at the Courthouse?

The courthouse is still used today for many important tasks. It holds the offices for the county commissioners. These are the people who help run the county.

Other important county offices are also here. These include the county assessor. The assessor helps figure out the value of property. The county clerk also works here. They keep official records. The county treasurer is also in the building. They manage the county's money.
