Lindsay Armaou (born 18 December 1978) is an Irish actress and singer who was born in Greece. She is famous for being a member of the girl group B*Witched. Lindsay has also acted in movies and TV shows, like the film The Smoke (2014) and the Netflix show Stay Close (2021).

Early Life and Learning
Lindsay Armaou was born in Athens, Greece, on December 18, 1978. Her father was Greek, and her mother was Irish. Lindsay started playing piano and guitar when she was very young, before she turned thirteen. She also wrote her own songs before joining the band B*Witched.
Music Career
Joining B*Witched
In 1998, Edele Lynch started a group called Butterfly Farm with her twin sister, Keavy Lynch, and their friend Sinéad O'Carroll. They were writing and recording music together. Soon, they felt someone was missing from their group. A friend suggested they ask Lindsay Armaou to audition.
Lindsay played a song she had written called "United We Stand." The other girls loved it, and Lindsay became the fourth member. The band then changed their name to B*Witched.
B*Witched Success
B*Witched became very successful around the world. They were the first music group to have their first four songs go straight to number one on the UK Singles Chart. Their first album, B*Witched, also topped the UK Albums Chart. It reached number 9 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The group B*Witched split up in 2002. After that, Lindsay took a break from music for seven years.
Acting Career
Training and First Roles
From 2008 to 2011, Lindsay Armaou studied acting at The Poor School in London. She played many different characters in plays. These included Portia in The Merchant of Venice and Isabelle in Ring Round the Moon. She also played Felicity Rumpers in Habeas Corpus and Anya in The Cherry Orchard. Lindsay even played the Ghost of Christmas Present in A Christmas Carol.
In April 2012, Lindsay got her first role in a movie. She played Sister Georgina in a British crime thriller called Two Days in the Smoke. She acted alongside stars like Matt Di Angelo and Alan Ford.
B*Witched Reunion and TV Shows
On October 18, 2012, it was announced that the original members of B*Witched would get back together. They joined an ITV2 TV series called The Big Reunion. Other pop groups from their time, like 911 and Atomic Kitten, also reunited for the show. This TV show led to a series of concerts called The Big Reunion across the UK and Ireland in 2013.
In 2021, Lindsay Armaou started playing Marlene Flynn in the Netflix drama Stay Close.
Personal Life
Lindsay Armaou married 911's Lee Brennan in September 2006. They later separated in 2011.
In October 2015, she married Indi Pahl in a private ceremony. Indi Pahl works in recruitment. They live together in Manchester. Lindsay and Indi have two children. Their daughter was born in July 2017, and their son was born in May 2019.
