Elisabeth Marie Haydon, known to many as Lisa Haydon Lalvani, was born on June 17, 1986. She is an actress, TV presenter, and model from India and Australia. She is most famous for her work in Hindi films.
Lisa started her acting journey in the romantic comedy Aisha in 2010. She gained a lot of praise for her role in the comedy-drama Queen. This role even earned her a nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress. Later, she appeared in the popular comedy Housefull 3 (2016). She also had a small part in the musical romantic drama Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016).
As a model, Lisa has appeared on the covers of many well-known magazines. These include Harper's Bazaar, Grazia (India), Cosmopolitan, and Vogue India.

Lisa Haydon was born in Madras (now Chennai), India. Her father is Indian, and her mother is Australian. Her sister, Malika Haydon, is also a model and a DJ. Lisa lived in Australia and the United States for some time. She then moved back to India in 2007.

Modelling
When Lisa was 18, she wanted to become a yoga teacher. She was also studying psychology. A friend suggested she try modelling to help pay for her classes and rent. She began modelling in Australia.
In 2007, she moved to India to continue her modelling career. She walked the ramp for big fashion events like Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week. She also became the face of Lakmé, a well-known beauty brand. Lisa appeared in commercials for brands like Hyundai i20 and Myntra.com. She even modeled for Nirav Modi with famous photographers.
Lisa has been on the cover of many top fashion magazines. These include Verve, Elle, and Harper's Bazaar. She was named the best model at the Cosmopolitan Fun and Fearless Awards in 2009. In 2011, she was featured in the famous Kingfisher Calendar.
Fashion designer
Lisa Haydon worked with the lifestyle brand Sher Singh to create her own clothing collection. This collection was inspired by her unique global style. It was launched online on February 14, 2012. The clothes were playful, with soft colors and lace details.
The brand chose Lisa because she has a global fashion sense with an Indian touch. Lisa described her personal style as bohemian and comfortable. Her collection borrowed elements from Indian fashion, like buttons and embroidery. This was a special moment, as it was one of the first times an Indian model designed her own international fashion line.

Lisa Haydon was discovered by actor Anil Kapoor in a coffee shop. Soon after, she was offered a role in the romantic comedy-drama Aisha (2010). In the film, she played Aarti Menon. To prepare for the role, she studied acting in New York City.

Personal life
Lisa Haydon married Dino Lalvani in October 2016. They have three children together. Their sons were born in 2017 and 2020, and their daughter was born in 2021. Lisa is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, which is a classical dance form from Tamil culture.
