Pretty Rhythm: Rainbow Live is a fun anime TV show from 2013. It's the third cartoon based on the Pretty Rhythm arcade game, where characters perform amazing ice-skating and singing shows called "Prism Shows." The series aired in Japan from April 2013 to March 2014. Later, it was shown in English in Southeast Asia. Each episode had a special live-action part called "Pretty Rhythm Club," hosted by the girl group Prizmmy and their trainee group, Prism Mates.

After this series, a new show called Pretty Rhythm: All Star Selection came out. There was also a spin-off movie series called King of Prism, which focused on the boy characters Koji, Hiro, and Kazuki.

The show featured cool opening and ending songs. The opening songs were covers of TRF songs, performed by Prizmmy. These included "Boy Meets Girl", "EZ Do Dance", "Crazy Gonna Crazy", and "Butterfly Effect". The ending songs were "RainBow × RainBow" by Prism Box, "Rainbow" by Iris, "I wannabee myself (Jibun Rashiku Itai)" by Emiri Katō, Yū Serizawa, and Mikako Komatsu, and "Happy Star Restaurant" by Prism Box.
