List of tallest buildings in Anchorage facts for kids
Anchorage, Alaska, is home to many tall buildings! This article lists the tallest ones that are at least 150 feet (about 46 meters) high. Right now, there are 16 buildings in Anchorage that meet this height. The very tallest is the Conoco-Phillips Building, which has 22 floors and is 296 feet (90 meters) tall. It has been the tallest building in Anchorage and all of Alaska since it was finished in 1983.

The USS Anchorage leaves its namesake port through Knik Arm in May 2013. This was just days after its commissioning ceremony. You can see the downtown Anchorage skyline and the Chugach Mountains in the background. Many of the buildings listed below are visible here.
