Elizabeth Anne Caplan (born June 30, 1982) is an American actress. She is known for her roles in popular movies and TV shows. You might know her as Janis Ian from the movie Mean Girls (2004). She also played Virginia Johnson in the TV series Masters of ... (2013-2016).

Lizzy Caplan has been nominated for awards like the Primetime Emmy Awards. Her first acting job was on the TV series Freaks and Geeks (1999–2000).
