Louis-Philippe Celestin (born August 30, 1994), known as Lou Phelps, is a talented rapper and music producer from Saint-Hubert, Quebec, Canada. He is a Haitian-Canadian artist. Lou Phelps is also part of a hip hop duo called The Celestics. He performs in this group with his brother, Kaytranada, who is also a famous music producer.

Starting Out with The Celestics
Lou Phelps began his music career as "Louie P." in 2011. He formed the group The Celestics with his brother, Kaytranada. Their first music project together was called Massively Massive, released in 2011.
Releasing New Music
In 2014, Lou Phelps and Kaytranada released another project as The Celestics. This one was titled Supreme Laziness.
On April 20, 2017, Lou Phelps released his first solo project. It was an album called 001: Experiments. His brother, Kaytranada, produced every song on this album. Other artists like Bishop Nehru, Innanet James, and Kallitechnis also appeared on the album.
In 2025, Lou Phelps released his first full-length album, Chèlbè. This album also had all its songs produced by Kaytranada. Chèlbè has 11 tracks, including the popular song "WHAT NOW". It also features collaborations with artists like GoldLink and Nono Black.
