Louin is a small town in Jasper County, Mississippi, United States. It is located along Mississippi Highway 15. In 2020, about 275 people lived there. The town was affected by a strong tornado on June 18, 2023, which caused some damage and one death.

Louin is found in the northwestern part of Jasper County. It is about 7 miles (11 km) north of Bay Springs. Bay Springs is one of the two main towns in Jasper County. Highway 15 also goes northeast from Louin for about 4 miles (6 km) to Montrose.
