Louis Talpe (born on May 22, 1981) is a Belgian actor. He is very well known for playing the character Toby in the popular Studio 100 show Mega Mindy. He also appeared as Eliab in the TV drama Of Kings and Prophets, which was made by ABC.

Louis Talpe was born in a town called Kortemark in Belgium. He started his acting career by appearing in small guest roles in different TV shows. Some of these shows included 16+, Spring, and The Kotmadam.
Becoming Toby in Mega Mindy
In 2006, Louis got a big role that made him famous among kids and families. He started playing Toby in the TV show Mega Mindy. This show was produced by Studio 100, a company known for many children's programs. Toby is a police agent who works with the superhero Mega Mindy.
