Meet Luo Bao Bei and Her Friends
The show is all about Luo Bao Bei, a curious 7-year-old girl. She learns about life and grows up with her friends and family. Sometimes, her dreams and imagination add fun, surreal moments to the story.
Main Characters in Luo Bao Bei
- Luo Bao Bei (voiced by Hana Burnett): She is the main character. Luo Bao Bei loves her friends and is great at solving problems. She often blows her party blower from her hair. Her friends sometimes call her LBB. When she makes a mistake, her imaginary friend, Pink Bear, helps her figure things out.
- Timmy (voiced by Leo Tang): Timmy is one of Luo Bao Bei's best friends. He is the only boy in their close group. Timmy is often very curious about everything.
- Faye (voiced by Natalia Jade Jonathan): Faye is another one of Luo Bao Bei's best friends. She can sometimes be a bit sensitive or stubborn.
- Pink Bear: This is Luo Bao Bei's imaginary friend. He is a pink stuffed bear with a yellow napkin around his neck. Pink Bear helps Luo Bao Bei when she needs to fix something she did wrong. He shows her how he feels with emoticon bubbles. He also takes her to imaginary places to help her learn what's right.
- Mao Mao: Mao Mao is Luo Bao Bei's pet cat. He loves Luo Bao Bei very much. Mao Mao is a bit self-centered and loves to nap. But he also enjoys having fun in imaginary adventures.
How Luo Bao Bei Was Made
The idea for Luo Bao Bei was officially recognized as a project in 2017. The show is known for its amazing details in the backgrounds and its high-quality animation.
In November 2018, the companies Magic Mall and Cloth Cat announced exciting news. They decided to make a second season for the series!
Later, on April 9, 2019, 9 Story Media Group made a deal with Netflix. This allowed Netflix to stream the show. Luo Bao Bei first appeared on Netflix on August 31, 2019.
