Lyndie Greenwood (born June 6, 1983) is a talented Canadian actress. She is well-known for her roles in popular TV shows. You might recognize her as Sonya from The CW's Nikita. She also played Jenny Mills in FOX's Sleepy Hollow. More recently, she joined the cast of the Amazon Prime Video series The Expanse as Dr. Elvi Okoye. Lyndie Greenwood grew up in Toronto, Canada. From a young age, she loved to perform. She studied dance and is also skilled in martial arts. Lyndie went to different schools to learn about voice and musical theater. She also trained at several acting schools to improve her skills. In 2006, she earned a science degree from the University of Toronto.

Her first acting job was in a Canadian movie called Pinkville. Soon after, she made her TV debut in an episode of The Listener. Lyndie appeared as a guest star in many other TV shows.
