Malcolm Karpany (born 1 June 1995) is a former professional Australian rules football player. He used to play for the West Coast Eagles team in the Australian Football League (AFL).

Growing Up
Malcolm Karpany grew up in Adelaide and Moonta, which are both in South Australia. He is an Indigenous Australian. His family mostly belongs to the Narungga people. He is also related to famous football players Gavin Wanganeen and Michael O'Loughlin. When he was in high school, Malcolm moved to Adelaide and went to Rostrevor College.
Becoming a Professional Player
Malcolm was chosen by the West Coast Eagles in the 2013 national draft. He was their second pick and the thirty-first player chosen overall. He played his very first game in round 19 of the 2016 season. This game was against Collingwood at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. His team, the West Coast Eagles, lost that game by nineteen points.
Time with West Coast Eagles
After the 2017 season, Malcolm Karpany signed a new contract to stay with the West Coast Eagles for another year. However, he left the team the following year in 2018.
