Keith MarQuez Haynes (born December 19, 1986) is an American-Georgian professional basketball player. He is known for his exciting career playing for many teams in Europe. MarQuez also became a citizen of Georgia and played for their national basketball team.

Playing Basketball in College
MarQuez Haynes grew up in Irving, Texas. He played college basketball for two different teams. From 2005 to 2007, he played with the Boston College Eagles. Later, from 2008 to 2010, he played for the Texas–Arlington Mavericks.
Professional Basketball Journey
After college, MarQuez Haynes decided to play basketball professionally in Europe. He started his career in 2010 with Élan Chalon in France.
Playing for European Teams
MarQuez played for several teams across Europe. He joined Gran Canaria in Spain for the 2011–2012 season. After that, he moved to Germany to play for the Artland Dragons from 2012 to 2013.
He then went to Italy, signing with Olimpia Milano. In 2014, he joined another Italian team, Montepaschi Siena, for the rest of that season.
Success in Different Leagues
In July 2014, MarQuez signed a two-year deal with Maccabi Tel Aviv in Israel. He helped them win the Israeli Cup in 2015.
In July 2015, he returned to Italy to play for Dinamo Sassari. In January 2016, he moved to Greece and joined Panathinaikos, where he won the Greek Cup in 2016.
Winning Championships
On July 5, 2016, MarQuez signed with the Italian club Umana Reyer Venezia. He had great success with this team. He helped Reyer Venezia win the FIBA Europe Cup championship in 2018. He also won the Italian League championship twice with Reyer Venezia, in 2017 and 2019.
Playing for Georgia
MarQuez Haynes also played for the senior men's Georgian national basketball team. He represented Georgia at EuroBasket 2011. During this tournament, he showed his skills by averaging 8 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 1.2 assists per game.
