Marc Étienne de Beauvau (born September 22, 1773 – died January 28, 1849) was an important French nobleman. He was part of the powerful House of Beauvau family. He was also a politician. He was known as the Prince of Beauvau. He also held the title of Prince of Craon.

Marc Étienne was also a Prince of the Holy Roman Empire. This was a very high rank. Under Napoleon I, he became a Count of the Empire in 1815. He was also close to Louis Philippe I, who later became king. Marc Étienne inherited his titles from his uncle, Charles Juste de Beauvau.
