Marceline the Vampire Queen is a popular character from the American animated television series Adventure Time. She was created by Pendleton Ward. Marceline's voice is mostly done by Olivia Olson. When she was a child, she was voiced by Ava Acres. An older version of Marceline was voiced by Cloris Leachman.

Who is Marceline?
Marceline is a very old character, about 1,000 years old, and she is a vampire queen. Unlike most vampires in stories, Marceline doesn't drink blood. Instead, she gets her energy by eating the color red! This means she might snack on a red apple or even a red shirt.

Marceline is also a talented musician. She plays an electric bass guitar that she made herself. This special bass was crafted from her family's old battle-axe. She often sings and plays music, which is a big part of her personality.
