What is Mario & Luigi: Dream Team About?
This game follows the classic style of other Mario & Luigi games. You control both Mario and Luigi as they explore different areas. They also fight enemies in fun, turn-based battles.
Exploring the Dream World
A big part of this game happens inside Luigi's dreams! At certain points in the story, Luigi falls asleep. This opens a special portal to his dream world. Mario can then go through this portal to explore Luigi's dreams.
In the dream world, things get really interesting. You can use the touch screen on your Nintendo 3DS. This lets you interact with Luigi's sleeping body on the bottom screen. For example, you might poke his mustache to make something happen in the dream world!
How Battles Work
Battles in Dream Team are turn-based. This means you take turns attacking enemies. You'll need to time your button presses just right to do more damage. You can also dodge enemy attacks. Mario and Luigi work together using special moves called "Bros. Attacks." These attacks are powerful and often involve both brothers.
