Mario Cimarro (born June 1, 1971) is a famous actor from Cuba. He became well-known for his roles in TV shows, especially in the early 2000s.
One of his most famous roles was playing Juan Reyes in the Colombian TV series Pasión de Gavilanes (2003). This show helped him become recognized around the world. Before that, he had important parts in shows like La Usurpadora (1998) and Gata Salvaje (2002).
Mario Cimarro has continued to act in many different productions. Pasión de Gavilanes remains one of his most remembered works.

Mario Cimarro's Acting Career
Mario Cimarro started his acting journey in 1995. His first big screen appearance was in Acapulco, cuerpo y alma.
In 1996, he performed in stage plays. One notable play was Romeo y Julieta.
Famous TV Roles
From 2003 to 2004, he starred in the Colombian TV series Pasión de Gavilanes. He acted alongside Natasha Klauss, Michel Brown, Juan Alfonso Baptista, Danna García, and Paola Rey.
Later, from 2005 to 2006, he took on the main role in El Cuerpo del Deseo. In this series, he starred with Lorena Rojas.
He also had a recurring part in the USA Network show Necessary Roughness. This was from 2011 to 2013. In 2020, he appeared in Jesus Cristo de Nazaret.
In August 2019, Mario Cimarro traveled to Paraguay. He joined the judges for the eighth season of Baila conmigo Paraguay. This is a popular dance competition show.
In 2021, it was confirmed that he would return to his role as Juan Reyes Guerrero. This was for the second season of Pasión de Gavilanes.
In 2023, Cimarro participated in the Slovak version of Dancing with the Stars. The show is called Let's Dance. His dance partner was Vanda Poláková.
