Mendon is a small village located in Mercer County, Ohio, in the United States. In 2020, about 628 people lived there.

History of Mendon

Mendon used to be called Guilford. It was officially planned out and started in 1834. A post office opened in Mendon in 1839, helping people send and receive mail.

The Mendon Village Hall is a special building. It is so important that it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This means it is a historic site worth protecting.
