  • Routes 22 and 322 go northwest about 17 miles to Lewistown.
  • They also go southeast about 27 miles to Duncannon.
  • PA 75 crosses the Juniata River to Port Royal, which is about 1.4 miles away.
  • The old Routes 22/322, called the William Penn Highway, leads northwest about 3 miles to Mifflintown. Mifflintown is the main town for Juniata County.
