Michaela Pereira, born on August 26, 1970, is a Canadian television personality. She is well-known for her work as a news anchor. She has worked for major TV stations in Los Angeles, including KTLA and KTTV FOX11. She also worked for national news networks like CNN and HLN.

In 2013, Michaela left KTLA to join CNN's new morning show, New Day. She started there on June 17, 2013. Later, in 2016, she moved to the HLN network. There, she launched her own news program called MichaeLA on July 11, 2016.

HLN decided to change its live news shows in October 2018. This meant that MichaeLA and other shows ended on October 26, 2018. Michaela then joined KTTV in Los Angeles in October 2020. She announced her departure from KTTV's Good Day LA on August 25, 2022. Her last day on the show was September 9, 2022.
