Michel Herbillon was born on March 6, 1951. He is a French politician who has been a member of the National Assembly since 1997. He represents the 8th area of the Val-de-Marne department.
The National Assembly is a very important part of the French government. It is where laws are made and discussed. Mr. Herbillon is a member of a political party called The Republicans. Before this, he was part of other parties like the Union for a Popular Movement.
From 1989 to 1998, he also served on the General Council of Val-de-Marne. This is a local government group. He was also the mayor of Maisons-Alfort from 1992 until 2017. Being a mayor means he was the main leader of that town.
Michel Herbillon's Political Journey

In July 2019, Mr. Herbillon voted on an important trade agreement. This agreement was called the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA). It was a deal between the European Union and Canada. He voted against France approving this agreement.
