The creek's path takes it southeast. It flows until it reaches Cocalico Creek. This meeting point is close to the village of Rothsville. Middle Creek joins Cocalico Creek just before another stream, Hammer Creek, also flows into Cocalico Creek.
The Middle Creek Wildlife Area
An important part of Middle Creek is where a dam was built. This dam is located between the towns of Hopeland and Kleinfeltersville. The dam creates a small lake. This lake is part of a special place called the Middle Creek Wildlife Management Area. It is also known as State Game Lands #46.
