Mikaël Gabriel "Miki" Cantave (born October 25, 1996) is a professional soccer player. He plays as a midfielder for Vancouver FC. Mikaël was born in Canada, but he plays for the Haiti national team.

Mikaël Cantave's Early Life and Soccer Start
Mikaël Cantave started playing soccer when he was just five years old. His first team was FC Capital United in Canada. When he was 13, he moved to France to join the FC Nantes academy. This was a big step in his soccer journey. After Nantes, he played for other youth teams in France. Later, he joined the U19 team of Getafe in Spain.

Playing in Spain
In January 2016, Mikaël joined a Spanish club called Guadalajara. This team played in Spain's third division. He made his first appearance for them in March 2016. After Guadalajara, he played for several other Spanish teams. These included RSD Alcalá B, Albacete B, Lorca FC B, and Deportivo Rayo Cantabria.
In 2018, he joined CD Tropezón. The next year, in 2019, he moved to CD Lealtad. While playing for Lealtad, he scored his first official goal on August 25. He even scored two goals in one game on January 12, 2020! Later in 2020, he played for CD Olímpic de Xàtiva, where he scored another goal. In January 2021, he joined CP Villarrobledo and scored a goal in the last minute of a game to help his team get a tie.
Playing in Romania and Canada
In August 2021, Mikaël moved to Romania. He joined AFC Chindia Târgoviște, a team in Romania's top soccer league.
In July 2022, Mikaël came back to Canada. He signed a multi-year contract with Cavalry FC, a team in the Canadian Premier League. He played his first game for Cavalry on July 28. On August 12, he scored his first goal for the team. It was a late goal that helped Cavalry win the game 2-1.
On June 29, 2023, Mikaël joined Vancouver FC. He scored his first goal for Vancouver on July 7, which was the winning goal in a 2-1 victory. In January 2024, he signed a new contract to stay with Vancouver FC until at least 2025.
