Michael Godson Ifeanyichukwu, known to many as Mike Godson, is a talented actor from Nigeria. He was born on October 10, 1985. Mike Godson was born in Kano State, which is in the northwestern part of Nigeria. His family is originally from Imo State, located in southeastern Nigeria.
Early Life and School
Mike Godson went to the University of Jos in Plateau State. There, he earned a special degree in theater and film arts. This means he studied how to act and make movies.
Acting Career
Mike Godson started his acting journey in 2009. He quickly became well-known in Nollywood, which is Nigeria's film industry. He is especially famous for playing romantic roles in movies.
Mike Godson has acted in more than 100 films! He has worked with many other famous actors. Some of these include Pete Edochie, Clem Ohameze, Kenneth Okonkwo, Van Vicker, and John Dumelo.
He became very popular in 2015 after starring in a movie called 7 Books of Moses. In 2018, Mike Godson signed a special agreement with a film company from Bollywood. This company is connected to Zee World, a popular TV channel.
Besides acting, Mike Godson also tried a business venture in 2018. He invested in a company that sent farm products to Ivory Coast. Even though acting helped him with his daily needs, he has mentioned that it might not always provide enough money for the future. In 2015, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) chose him to be a youth ambassador. This role meant he helped encourage young people.
