Joseph van Vicker (born August 1, 1977), known as Van Vicker, is a famous actor and movie director from Ghana. He also helps people as a humanitarian. Van Vicker is the boss of Sky + Orange Production, his own movie company. In 2008, he was nominated for "Best Actor" at the Africa Movie Academy Awards.

Early Life
Van Vicker was born in Accra, Ghana. His mother was from Ghana and Liberia, and his father was from the Netherlands. Sadly, his father passed away when Van Vicker was only six years old.
He went to Mfantsipim School, which is where another actor, Majid Michel, also studied. Later, in 2021, Van Vicker finished his studies at the African University College of Communications.
Personal Life
Van Vicker married his wife, Adjoa, on October 16, 2003. When they celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary, he thanked God. He also praised his wife for always supporting him.

Starting in TV and Radio
Van Vicker began his career in entertainment on the radio. He was a presenter at Groove 106.3 FM from 1999 to 2000. Then he worked at Vibe 91.9 FM from 2001 to 2004.
He also worked in television. He was a TV personality for TV3 Ghana and Metro TV. Van Vicker appeared in a Ghanaian TV show called Sun City. This show was about life at a university. He played a character named LeRoy King Jr. The show had 10 episodes in total.
