Mills is a small, quiet place in Harding County, New Mexico, in the United States. It's called an "unincorporated community" because it doesn't have its own local government like a city or town. Mills was started a long time ago, in 1888. You can find it along State Road 39, about eleven miles north of a town called Roy. Mills is also located inside the beautiful Kiowa National Grassland.
