Milton is a town located in Rock County, Wisconsin, in the United States. In 2020, about 3,100 people lived here. The City of Milton is actually inside the town, but it runs its own government.

Several smaller communities are also part of the Town of Milton. These include Charlie Bluff, Coopers Shores, Mallwood, and Maple Beach. Parts of Koshkonong and Newville are also found within the town's borders.
