He asked all Somali people to work together against violence and to build peace in their country.
Leading the 2021 Elections
On May 1, 2021, Mr. Roble was given an important job. The Federal Government of Somalia asked him to oversee the country's elections. On January 10, 2022, Somali leaders, with Mr. Roble's help, reached an agreement. They decided to finish the parliamentary elections by February 25. This agreement helped calm tensions and brought stability to the country.
