Mondriel DeCarlos A. Fulcher (born October 15, 1976) is a former American football player. He played as a tight end in the National Football League (NFL). Mondriel spent three seasons with the Oakland Raiders. He was chosen by the Raiders in the 2000 NFL draft. Before that, he played college football at the University of Miami.

Mondriel DeCarlos A. Fulcher was born on October 15, 1976. His hometown is Coffeyville, Kansas. He went to Field Kindley High School in Coffeyville.
Playing for the Miami Hurricanes
After high school, Mondriel went to the University of Miami. He joined the Miami Hurricanes football team. In 1995, he took a "redshirt" year. This means he practiced with the team but did not play in games. It allowed him to gain experience without using up a year of his college playing eligibility.
