Montalvin Manor is a small community in Contra Costa County, California. It used to be called Montalvin. This area is known as a census-designated place (CDP), which means it's a special area set up by the U.S. Census Bureau for collecting population data.
Montalvin Manor is located about 69 feet (21 meters) above sea level. Before 2010, it was part of a larger CDP called Bayview-Montalvin. In 2010, it became its own separate CDP with a population of 2,876 people. The other part of the old CDP is now called Bayview. Even though Montalvin Manor is not inside the city of San Pablo, people living there use San Pablo mailing addresses.
