His second album, Don't Doubt the God, came out in 2017. His third album, Pray 4 the Devil, was released in 2018. Later that year, on November 16, 2018, he released his fourth album, A Gun In The Teacher’s Desk. His fifth album, Views from the General's Helmet, was released on May 20, 2019.

Early Life and Music Beginnings

Tony Bradford was born in Chicago, Illinois. He has two brothers and three sisters. He started rapping when he was 15 years old. He enjoyed listening to famous artists like Tupac, DMX, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z.

In 2008, Montana of 300 and his high school friend, Montelle Talley, who is known as "Talley of 300," formed a rap group called "300." They chose this name because they were inspired by the movie 300. In the movie, a small group of 300 Spartans fought against many more soldiers. Montana was especially inspired by the movie's message of "No Surrender, No Retreat, Only the hard, only the strong, Against all odds."

Music Career Highlights

In 2014, Montana of 300 released his first mixtape, called Cursed with a Blessing. A mixtape is like an album but often released independently.

In September 2015, Montana of 300 appeared briefly in the popular TV show Empire. In December 2015, he and Talley of 300 released a mixtape together called Gunz and Roses. This mixtape included popular songs like "FGE Cypher" and "Mf's Mad."

On May 20, 2016, Montana of 300 released his first official studio album, Fire in the Church. This album had 18 songs and featured other artists from his music label, Fly Guy Entertainment, and also Kevin Gates. The album was praised by XXL magazine for its strong lyrics and clever metaphors. It reached number 95 on the Billboard 200 music chart.

On February 10, 2017, Montana of 300 released a compilation album with his Fly Guy Entertainment labelmates. This album was titled No Surrender No Retreat.
