Mr San Peppy (born 1968, died 1998) was a famous American Quarter Horse stallion. He was known for being an amazing cutting horse. He won many big awards. These included the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) World Champion title in 1973 and 1976.
He also won the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) World Champion in Senior Cutting in 1976. The AQHA named him the High Point Cutting Horse in both 1975 and 1976. After his racing days, he became a very important father to many horses. In 2011, he was honored by being added to the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame. His full brother, Peppy San, was also a Hall of Fame horse.

A Star in Cutting
Mr San Peppy was a true champion in the sport of cutting. He won the NCHA World Champion title two times. These wins were in 1973 and 1976. He also won the AQHA World Champion Senior Cutting Horse award in 1976.
The AQHA gave him the High Point Cutting Horse award. He earned this award in 1975 and again in 1976. In 1972, he won the NCHA Derby. Overall, he earned a lot of money in NCHA competitions. He made $107,866!

Organ Grinder was a top cutting horse in 1984. Tenino San won the NCHA World Champion title in 1982. Peppys Regona was a top cutting mare in 1984.
Legacy and Honors
Mr San Peppy had a stroke in 1998. He was then put to sleep. This was done to prevent him from suffering. He was honored in the NCHA Horse Hall of Fame. His son, Peppy San Badger, and his brother, Peppy San, are also in this Hall of Fame.
In 2011, Mr San Peppy was added to the American Quarter Horse Hall of Fame. He joined his son, Peppy San Badger, and his brother, Peppy San, who was inducted in 1999. His legacy lives on through his many talented children and grandchildren.
