Muckno Lake is quite large, stretching about 4 km (2.5 mi) long and 1.0 km (0.6 mi) wide. Imagine a lake that's almost as long as four kilometers! Water flows out of Muckno Lake into the Clarebane River. This river then connects Muckno Lake to another nearby lake called Lough Ross.
