About My Hero Academia
The My Hero Academia story is set in a world where almost everyone has a special power called a "Quirk." These Quirks can be anything from super strength to flying or even having explosive sweat! With so many powers, there are both heroes who use their Quirks for good and villains who use them for bad.
Becoming a Hero
The main character is a boy named Izuku Midoriya. He was born without a Quirk, which is very rare. But he dreams of becoming a hero, just like his idol, All Might, the world's greatest hero. All Might sees something special in Izuku and chooses him to inherit his own powerful Quirk, called One For All.
Training at U.A. High
After getting his Quirk, Izuku goes to U.A. High School. This is a famous school where young people train to become professional heroes. He joins Class 1-A, where he meets many other students with amazing Quirks. They learn how to control their powers, work as a team, and fight against villains.
Heroes Rising Movie Story
My Hero Academia: Heroes Rising takes place after some big events in the comic book series. In this movie, Class 1-A students are sent to a peaceful island called Nabu Island. Their job is to act as temporary heroes and help the island's residents with small tasks.
A New Villain Appears
Everything is calm until a powerful new villain named Nine shows up. Nine has a very dangerous Quirk that lets him steal and use multiple Quirks from other people. He comes to Nabu Island looking for a specific Quirk that will make him even stronger.
Protecting the Island
The students of Class 1-A must work together to protect the innocent people of Nabu Island from Nine and his followers. They face their toughest challenge yet, pushing their Quirks and teamwork to the limit. The movie shows how much they have grown as heroes.
Production and Release
The movie was directed by Kenji Nagasaki, who also directed the My Hero Academia TV show. The animation studio Bones brought the action-packed story to life. The music for the film was composed by Yuki Hayashi.
