The National Bobblehead Hall of Fame and Museum is a super fun place dedicated to bobblehead dolls! It is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the United States. This museum is special because it is the only one in the world focused only on bobbleheads.

The museum has a huge collection of these cool nodding figures. They claim to have over 10,000 different bobbleheads from all over the globe. This amazing collection even includes a life-size bobblehead!

How It Started

The Museum's Beginning

The idea for the museum came from two friends, Brad Novak and Phil Sklar. They started the museum in 2014. For a few years, they looked for the perfect spot. Finally, in 2017, they found a permanent home for the museum in Milwaukee.

Aiming for a World Record

The museum's goal is to have the largest bobblehead collection ever. They are working to get their collection certified by the Guinness Book of Records. If they succeed, they will beat the current record holder, Phil Darling. He was certified to have 2,396 bobbleheads.

Bobbleheads for Special Events

The museum often creates unique bobbleheads for important or interesting events. For example, they made bobbleheads for "Alligator Rob and Chance the Snapper." In 2019, they created a bobblehead for Carson King from Iowa. He was featured on ESPN's "College GameDay". Sales of his bobblehead helped raise money for the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital.

Awesome Bobbleheads to See

The museum has many cool and famous bobbleheads. Here are some of the notable ones you might find:

  • In 2016, the museum made a three-foot-tall bobblehead of NBA Basketball player LeBron James.
  • A 2016 Cam Newton bobblehead showing him doing the "dabbing" dance move.
  • A 2018 Jake Arrieta MLB pitcher bobblehead. This one honored his amazing no-hitter game.
  • Bobbleheads from the movie Home Alone, featuring Kevin McCallister and "The Wet Bandits."
  • A three-foot-tall Milwaukee Bucks Giannis Antetokounmpo bobblehead.
  • A special Negro Leagues Centennial Bobblehead Series. This series celebrates the history of baseball.
