This site, also called 41AU36 or the Earnest Witte Site, helps scientists learn about ancient people who lived in this area a long, long time ago. It was added to the National Register in 1975.
Austin County Jail
The old Austin County Jail is located in Bellville, Texas, at 36 South Bell Street. This building was once where people who broke the law were held. It was built a long time ago and shows us what jails looked like in the past. It became a historic place in 1980.
Church of the Guardian Angel
