Ithaca The Gratiot County Courthouse was built between 1900 and 1902. It was designed by architect Claire Allen. This building is a 2-1/2-story Classical Revival style. It is made of beige sandstone. It has a tall clock tower with a belfry at the top.

Alma The Wright Opera House Block is also known as the Alma Opera House Block. A lumberman named Ammi Willard Wright built it in 1880. It's a large brick building. The first floor had five shops. The upper floors had a performance space and offices. An addition from 1899, the Lancashire Building, is part of the original structure.
