Later, Neeraja met actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu and became her personal stylist. This meant she helped Samantha with her looks for many movies and events.

Early in her career, Neeraja got to work on big movies like Attarintiki Daredi and Ramayya Vasthavayya. She designed costumes for Samantha Ruth Prabhu in both these films. She has worked with many well-known directors such as Trivikram Srinivas, Harish Shankar, Vamsi Paidipally, and V. V. Vinayak.
